OUR STORY

Fleurae Floral Designs was established in 2015 when two friends dealing with the loss of a mother/dear friend decided to start playing with flowers as a way of processing their grief. Cyndi Rae, a woman whose love of all things art and beauty helped to cultivate and support the creative people in her life. After Cyndi’s loss to cancer, arranging and working with flowers became a huge source of healing & joy for Cyndi’s daughter, Carissa, along with Fleurae owner Iana. As a creative person who loves painting, interior design and gardening, Iana found her calling in floral design. Combining her skills in color theory, study of design, and flowers, Fleurae blossomed into a full-time business! It also was a way to honor Cyndi's life and the impact she had. Even the name Fleurae was inspired by Cyndi Rae!

Fleurae offers a fresh, unique design aesthetic to the greater Olympia area with a focus on loose, modern, and romantic designs. Our flower shop is open year-round, offering full service floral designs. Including daily deliveries, in person shopping with a build your own bouquet flower bar, as well as wedding designs, events, school dances and more! Fleurae is committed to green design and our impact on the environment. Partnering with local flower growers as the major supplier of our flowers early spring through late fall. We also practice green habits by shying away from floral foam and other chemicals often found in traditional floral design. It is our honor and a joy to bring you beautiful designs in harmony with our planet.
